What does A La Carte property maintenance mean?
Owning a property often comes with unexpected maintenance needs. Whether it’s ensuring proper water drainage away from your home, checking on your property while you're away, changing air filters, window washing, or addressing other maintenance tasks, we’re here to help. Whether you're a busy homeowner, retired, or a landlord wanting to stay hands-off, we can customize a plan to meet your needs.
What cities do you service?

Will I get the same house cleaners every time?
Whenever possible, we aim to send the same cleaning team to your home so they become familiar with your preferences and cleaning style. If there are any changes to the cleaning team, we will notify you in advance.
How long will a house cleaning service take?
Our standard cleaning packages are scheduled for a 3-hour duration. If you choose additional services or packages, the time required may increase. We’ll provide an estimated time frame when you book your service.
How much do house cleaning services cost?
The cost of our cleaning services depends on the package and any add-ons you choose. Our standard cleaning package starts at $149. We’ll provide a detailed estimate based on your specific needs.
Can I skip or reschedule bookings?
Yes, you can easily reschedule or cancel your cleaning service. We kindly request a 24-48 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a $10 fee will apply.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies for our residential cleaning services. However, if you prefer to use specific cleaning products or tools, we are happy to accommodate. Just let us know when booking, or contact us directly to make arrangements.
